Enid has spent her career on both sides of the business: the strategy and brand work people see, and the systems and processes nobody sees until they break. She has built annual plans and budgets, created functions that didn't exist yet, and launched products. She has also rebuilt lead management, stood up project management where there was none, and helped operations teams find the efficiencies that let them do more with less.
Most companies treat those as separate jobs. In her experience, they fail together and they get fixed together. She founded Fray & Frame to do both, for businesses that need senior strategic and operational judgment without a full-time hire.
Where the work comes from.
Enid's background spans B2B and consumer companies, from growing teams to global organizations. Most recently she sat on an executive leadership team, accountable for strategy, budget, team and results.
On the strategy side, she has built annual plans and budgets and defended them to leadership, created functions that didn't exist yet, and led product launches. On the operations side, she has led system migrations through acquisitions, brought project management to teams that had none, and designed processes that let a small team deliver like a much larger one.
That range is the point. She has been the person setting the plan and the person fixing the systems behind it, often in the same week. It's why Fray & Frame treats the two as one job.
